Mike has covered Combat sports since 2006 for a variety of outlets, including The Fight Network, UFC.com, Fox Sports, Yahoo! Sports, MMA Authority Magazine, Fighters Only Magazine, CagePotato.com, UFC Magazine, and Fight! Magazine.

After a near three-year journalism hiatus spent building his PR business and helping a handful of up-and-coming fighters, Mike returned to combat sports writing in January.

Mike feels that an MMA writers’ association would go a long way in cleaning up the industry by adding some accountability to what he and his colleagues write.
